How to Convert WBMP to PCX

PCX dates back to MS-DOS paint programs in the early 1980s, well before WBMP was introduced for early WAP mobile phones, and both formats share a certain simplicity in design, even though PCX supports far more color depth than WBMP's strictly bilevel structure.
